Group Classes / Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) Lessons
Jane runs Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® classes three times per week
Two classes continue on line at this time and one face to face class is offered each week.
Classes are based on our current understanding of neuroscience principles. Using education, gentle attentive movement exploration (including imagined movements and mental imagery) the class will target your brain's ability to change, learn and rewire, refining your sensory feedback and output systems.
You will be guided through a planned sequence of small, gentle movement explorations. Attention is drawn to each movement pattern and through the process of observing and developing a greater sense of how you move, you will discover ways of refining your movement and learn to move in a more intelligent, effective and efficient way.
